Mine experience with staff was good and they were aware of things,but still I would like to tell owner that everyone should be satisfied with your services as Tata is making such good cars and people will only buy them if there nearby dealer is good.nHope you will improve more with time.

We went to this showroom on 29th Nov 2020. We waited there for 15-20 minutes but no one even bothered to assist us in our search. They were so disinterested that even if I would have taken a car and driven it away they wouldn't have noticed. Sadly this was my second bad experience with Tata motors showroom and even though I was interested in buying Tiago. I have now shifted to other brands because of this experience.
