Mathai’s Bakery is one of the newest in town but is known for their service for that they are well staffed, and is known for the display which is neat. Unique to the bakery unlike the rest in town is that it has a good collection of easy and simple cookies made by them. Also if you are looking for quick snacks around the evening - they make the most hygienic. Since it’s right on the main road, shopping from their may not be a concern. But on crowded days you might find it difficult to find a parking space, as they are typically filled in by the people who stay at the hotel. Most recommend for neat, clean and hygienic bakery items.

Had high expectations but disappointed, bought kappa varuthath achappam and cookies but vicharicha athra pora. Take of the product quality if you're outsourcing from other vendors. Halwa was just fine
