Benjamin Franklin sent Todd to service our water heater. We also had his team install an all house water filtration system and a pump and circulation system for our hot water. Todd and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. They were on time and very neat as well. We will use this company for all of our plumbing, heating and electrical work in the future. They are wonderful and guarantee all of their work. We decided to join their yearly maintenance program.

Lee was excellent. Knowledgeable, polite, professional, and efficient. Being that this is my first renovation project, Lee was very patient and happily answered a variety of questions I had. I would highly recommend him (and Ben Franklin) to friends and family.

Nick was awesome! Here went above and beyond to find the clog and clear it! He explained everything he had to do and then gave a walkthrough after he was finished to show me what be had done. I won't use anyone else if I have any other plumbing problems!

Mike Keith and Jack were extremely profesional and knowledgeable and courteous! Everything was installed according to previous conversations, the initial contact through Debbie was immediately the point when I felt comfortable and encouraged to begin the process of entering into an agreement, all of this coming from a retired contractor excavating and masonry flat! I don't have an issue paying a little more as the first 2 quotes were less, We were looking for contract professionals not a homeowner specialty crew with no credentials.nAll in all a pleasant experience and I would recommend Debbie Mike Keith and Jack M. and Mr Sparky for all your needs.

The plumber that was sent out was very nice and knowledgeable. Answered our questions and did not bat an eye when I kept asking more questions. He was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way for the work that needed to be done. He was a great help and we are very grateful. We will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!
