Best plumbers my wife and I have ever dealt with! Jacob and Aurelio were on time, knowledgeable, well trained in all aspects of plumbing and home systems, friendly, courteous and well spoken. They actually seemed to enjoy their job. They did an expert job installing a whole home water treatment system. They communicated with us throughout the process, explained the system and invited our input on placement of the equipment. They helped us with plumbing issues outside the scope of the original job order and cleaned up work areas upon completion. Office staff was cordial and responsive. Highly recommend Katy Plumbing Company!

These guys are water rock stars. We had them come replace a completely corroded kitchen faucet in September, done and gone in a couple hours, and we signed up for the annual maintenance program. Monday late I get a leak alert for an attic water heater. Tuesday noon both 7-year-old water heaters are replaced for barely north of the price that I could have bought the equipment. Truly a great company with great ethics and customer service at top of mind. We won't use anyone else.

We had problems with our kitchen sink and after reading all the positive reviews decided to call Katy Plumbing. It was a good decision, making an appointment was very easy Wendy was very profeasional on the phone. Jonathan, the tech and his assistant were super professional and efficient. Great job, highly recommended!

Katy plumbing is amazing! Fast, friendly and so thorough!! They explained what needed to be done and how they would fix the leak, and cleaned up completely behind themselves! Definitely would recommend to family and friends or anyone needing plumbing repairs!
