They did my sewer line home inspection and missed two places in the line where the line was broke. I’ve owned my house for almost 2 years now and the line has backed up 3 times. Finally called Crawford and had the line camera inspected and they found the problems. It wasn’t fresh damage, it had been broken for some time and had been patched before. I don’t recommend Petersen Plumbing to anyone. They obviously don’t take pride in their work if they can’t properly inspect homes. I recommend Crawford Company in the QC area, ask for Jack in Plumbing. He’s the man

Showed up when they said they would, figured out my unique issue quickly and had a quick and reasonable solution to solve my problem. After asking a few questions about what was going on and where we were experiencing leaks, he quickly realized that someone (me) who had installed new shelves in the utility room put a screw right through my main drain pipe in the wall thinking it was a stud. Although embarrassing, it was relatively simple fix that caused minimal damage that required repair to my walls.

He was awesome! Came in very courteous and professional and cleaned up once he was done!!
