We have been using Holt for our heating and cooling needs for approximately 10 years. They came out today to do a yearly furnace check, they are always prompt, friendly and very thorough! Nick performed regular maintenance on our furnace.nHe also is Holt's go to guy for performing multiple services: Heating/AC/Plumbing/Gas Line installation, as well as maintenance. We are switching from an electric to gas range and will need a gas line installed for the new cook stove. He is very courteous, personable, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions relative to the process. Excellent all around Service Technician! Thanks again Nick!

Their entire team are professional, courteous, great listeners, and dedicated to doing the job right the first time. A recent example of the above is when Brian came to replace a sump pump for us at our residence. He is a keeper. Most recent update changing from 2 stars to 4 stars: I called and spoke with someone at their office about my experience. They were very friendly and understanding about my frustration and rectified the situation.nnOriginal review: paid $100 for them to come out and look at my tub faucet after explaining on the phone what was going on with it. All I got out of that $100 was for them to tell me that they don’t have parts to repair and only have a chrome replacement faucet when my fixtures are all bronze (of course the receipt they gave us said we “didn’t want to replace” not mentioning that they didn’t have the right color to replace it with). When asked if we could run to get a new faucet we were told he didn’t have time to wait for that. The only pros from this is that he came on the weekend so I didn’t miss work and he told us to try cleaning the tub faucet and that might work. I’m not hopeful since he looked at it for a whole two minutes. I’m now $100 less and no better off then before they came. we cleaned the faucet- it didn’t fix it. We replaced the faucet- didn’t fix it. So we had no resolution from them coming out to diagnose the problem because they didn’t diagnose it correctly...

I really appreciate the great work that was done and will recommend them to others for the great job they did fixing my problem.
