I have been a regular buyer of your cakes since years and the taste n quality is unbeatable as compared to others in Alleppey. This 1 star rating is for the poor and inattentive attitude of your staff. Had been there today with my kid at 1 pm to buy pastries. I was ordering pcs of cakes but the staff was least bothered to take the order. They were cross talking. Ordered two or three pcs but they werent paying attention. Feeling least valued had to walkout with my kid who desperately wanted ur cakes. Hope you take this up and improve on the staff attentiveness and makes us feel better next time.
