I have ordered multiple cakes from here. Best cake in alappuzha. Especially designer cakes. Cakes that look like a dream and tastes amazing too. Red B flavour has been our favourite.

Horrible cake. Bought their most expensive piece of cake piece, which is the 20 layer chocolate pastry. First of all it was frozen. I don't understand who freezes cakes. It was so hard that even couldn't cut with a spoon. When asked about it, the person there said it is supposed to be like that and we can eat it after keeping it out for half an hour, which is ridiculous. Who defreezes cake and eats!!! Secondly the layers were hard and like cardboard instead of soft creamy chocolatey layers. The Bakery claimed it was fresh but clearly it is a very old stock. Another piece of cake had boost as topping...so lame. For the price paid the quality and quantity is so bad. The person there was making excuses saying chocolate ganache is like that...I have been to the best patisseries in Bangalore and Italy. I know what iam talking about. Even a normal chocolate cake from a small bakery will taste better than this. And NOONE FREEZES CAKES

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Pastry Chef yesterday. All I can say is that they are an exceptional organisation to deal with. Owner Siyad picked up my phone late at night (due to the time difference between England and India) and was very accommodative of my request. He understood the situation and immediately reassured me and told me that he will arrange a cake at last minute and will deliver it to my parents house in the morning. Siyad was true to his words and delivered my sisters birthday cake by himself in time and made them all very happy. Thank you Siyad and I look forward to sending more orders your way and to come and personally meet you when we are back in Alpy. Once again thank you and keep up the good work.
