Worst experience, they really ruined the excitement of buying experience..theres no business ethics nor values.. cheatsnNot only sales even the service is toowtoo , irresponsible. Not only a person but the whole team is a s***. My sincere advise not to go for it. Just try any other dealer.
Worst services provided by Tristar Auto Agencies. There was no proper workshop. No spares will be available for any of the vehicles. Waste of visiting this place if we give our vehicle for service we have to forget the vehicle for 3-4 months that's what the service they will be providing and there will be no proper response from the service provider regarding the vehicle and even the service advisor doesn't know the work status of the vehicle and no minimum proper care will be taken for the customer vehicle.As I have given my vehicle for service and the workshop people hit my car to the wall in their promises. That's what they are maintaining the highly qualified staff in their organisation. Please do not vist this place for any of service.Better visit SRMT or SIVA SANKHAR MOTORS for TATA vehicles and PPS FORD for FORD VEHICLES.Dont know how they will be providing service for premium vehicles like MORRIS GARRAGES(MG).
