Even though I was interested in purchasing and wanted to enquire, sales support is absolutely pathetic. I myself had to call back many a times to find out about pricing/loan/features. I have dropped the idea of contacting your showroom again. I guess I have other options in the market. Good luck!
I wanted to test drive Nexon Diesel, but they told that they'll only have Petrol variants as Test drive vehicles, didn't understand the logic behind that. However, I was happy after I drove the petrol variant, so gave my old car for evaluation and they told me that they'll call me back with the estimate, but I never got a call. What a great response from this dealership, they don't want potential buyers to go-ahead with a Tata vehicle, well that's amazing ud83dudc4d
My earlier review was full of unhappiness and lot of complaints . But when I put the same to the senior managers and service team in the showroom end to end responsibility was taken and each and every parameters were checked thoroughly and best class service was provided .nnI was assured in future the best service will be provided without any hassle .nnThanks to Tristar motors for the support and service provided.nnPlease visit and buy the safest car for your loved ones at Tristar Motors.
Zero rated showroom but there is no option to give zero star in Google reviews.nnVery poor cross functional team management.nnBought Tiago we had given complete amount of cheque before 15 days of delivery.nBut they failed to do under body paint and teflon which was promised in these 15 days.nSaying reason that machine is not working from so many days.nOk fine they said they will make it ready at time of 1st service,For just sake of this teflon and underbody paint we had travelled 250km to reach the showroom(as we not native of vizag) for 1st servicenNow also they have not done these two and tried to deliver the vehicle saying that it will take atleast a day to make it painted.nnAnd they tried to deliver vehicle with out cleaning interiors after service.nnAs of my knowledge this is the waste showroom ever seen.
Well, disappointment is an understatement for my experience with this dealership. The least you can expect from the staff is professionalism.nnTo cut a long story short, I was promised the delivery of a vehicle on a particular date and deliver they did. But to my horror, I realized they were trying to pass me off a 7-month old manufactured car (a 16 lakh rupee diesel car, mind you!) when I went for PDI. When asked, the impoliteness of the staff and the CEO came to the fore like a sore thumb, perhaps the least a customer could expect.nnGiving them two star and not one as they their sales executives are quite okay and handled the initial communication well!nnStay away, if you can.!
