Is there is any negative points then I would given them that. Booked my car, rates were discussed accessories were part of the rate when discussed. Now after a month when I am asking for the car seat cover the executive is not bothered to pick up call and most pathetic is the custom care, they dont care the damn for the customers. Overall a pathetic experience

One of the worst Customer Care. No-one is there to guide.the sales executive Prakash has no intention to work. Having the arrogance like the MD of the company. I am going to register a complaint in Hyundai to take appropriate action against his behaviour.i am not going to tolerate the nonsense
Please stop stealing money from Customers, Recently visited showroom for Hyundai Grand 10Nios-AMT and found they are charging Handling charges on quotation/Price Menu and also Found Dealers charging for Basic Kit and Sanitisation. Handling charges are illegal and even supreme court has already shared the information and Even RTO- officers also Mentioned the same.
