Customer service team is a drag on the sales and also on the workshop.nCustomers are not opening up, because they are afraid, since they have to approach for service again. There is shift from old service provider to new dealer and Hari - Asst Manager Service Workshop is a gem and a workhorse . He is one of the main reason for me to own a Honda City.

Terrible Customer Experience. They say that they will deliver the car within 15 days but they will not do it until 2 months. The sales leads just try to talk politely until your vehicle is booked. They promise you false dates and never deliver the car. They always mention the dispatch date, not the actual date when the car would be handed to the customer, and expect the customer to understand that dispatch date is not delivery date.nnWe booked a car in the month of October and they promised us they will deliver by the end of the month. The sales manger calls one day and say and says the car will be delivered only after November.nThey just take the customer for granted and make a fool of them.nI would not recommend Sundaram Honda for anyone.

Friendly staff and noted down all the addressed issues. They have sent the estimate quote as per my request too. So far all good, should see how the car will be serviced. The only issue is the the office seemed a bit over crowded, the place is small and there are a lot of people. In the current situation, it is not advisable to get into crowded places.
