I have purchase new baleno car from jayabheri Nexa Show room at vizag in the month of March 2020, i m facing lot of difficulties due to the non co-operative behavior of Relationship Managers specially when you purchase through CSD, before booking a car, Relationship Manager listen everything what u want but once u booked a car and you pay full amount to the dealer. after that he not listen anything, even he not responding your call. some time he tell i am busy with the another work. my question is if i pay full coast of the car to the dealeri also expect good service from the Relation Manager during deliver of the car.
Please make sure to confirm with RTA with respect to Engine and chasis numbers before purchasing it. As govt as imposed restrictions over BS6 rules and coronavirus impacting their business this Jaybheri automotive across viazag is making fraud by changing/morphing the 2019 models to 2020 it’s proven and making noise on news as well. Please be aware it’s better to avoid purchases from them.
Staff was not co operative. No place for parking. Odd location.
