Dear sir/madam,nnI would like to share my experience on visiting your showroom in visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It was Sunday 15.11.2020 I went along with my family to your dealership MG MOTOR Vizag regarding MG Gloster. There were two executives one was attending a customer and the other was free. He never bothered even to come and attend us. Later he came by and I asked him about MG Gloster he was not even in a position to explain about the basics of the vehicle. After having a look at the interior and understanding the features of the vehicle by myself asked him For a test drive of the vehicle. He just said sir sorry the vehicle shall be bought to your place for test drive and cannot be offered for test drive now as its Sunday today. I was literally surprised by his statement.nnI drove all the way along with my family 20 km to test drive and book the vehicle. This dealership and its team really disappointed me. I would request MG motors to maintain its legacy and not to give dealership to such worthless team who are not even bothered and have the courtesy to treat its walk in customers and deal with them.nnI regret to say this again and will be writing the same in the social media too since no other customer should face the same issue. Hope you will make a note of it and necessary corrective measures would be taken.nnRegardsnnSarath

Worst experience at this showroom... Booked hybrid and paid advance in December 2019 did not get delivery Till June 20th 2020.. Cancelled booking Coz was told it will take more time for delivery.... Made a cancellation on 22June 2020... Today is 11 August 2020... Still no refund initiated... Always getting petty excuses from the showroom regarding refund... And they are not answering my calls also... Such is the scenario at this showroom

I recently got a new MG Hector from Vizag showroom. Our representative Mr Naidu helped us in each and every aspect in buying the car. I am so satisfied with their service. I definitely suggest you to go and consult the people in MG showroom if you are looking to get a new car.

Very much satisfied & happy with my new MG car, in the beginning I was little disappointed about the delay in delivery of my car but later they some how managed to keep me happy. Thanks to fazil & expect the same service for my car till the end.. tq so much.. love the car and enjoying my drive.
