We have taken KIA Seltos on 6th September and after the payment was done we were told that few accessories are not available. Mr. Arun had promised that he would send someone on 7th(Monday)and get the remaining accessories fixed at our place. We were upset that this accessories thing was brought to our notice after payment but anyways after this promise from Mr. Arun we have agreed to take the delivery. Surprisingly till today no one visited our place to fix the accessories and this is absolutely unprofessional service from a brand like KIA. Though Mr. Arun is the only guy who was responding to calls until few days, these false promises and no one getting back to us will only tamper KIA's brand value.I am happy with the car but not getting our accessories for which I have paid is disheartening and terribly disappointing. 0 starts for your customer service
