Had a wonderful experience at eden sweets... The staffs are friendly,, the shop is neat and tidy,, and they always pay attention to customer needs. They have got many delicious snacks and especially the carrot cake that is prepared with carrot, cashew and resins.

Very bad service and rude staffs. High risk place during the covid time to visit. Employees where not wearing gloves while serving food. Yesterday night I bought ladoo and ordered one birthday cake, the guy serving ladoo was not wearing gloves rather always touching his Mask, when I asked him about gloves he was pointing towards a toung and packed me ladoo even without washing his hands. I paid for the ladoo and paid advance for the cake, when I asked for the reciept they said no reciept. The cake I ordered was for 9 am today morning and due to certain reasons I visited the bakery at 12. I was not able to call them for delay because I didnt have contact number which could have been avoided if the reciept would have given or if they could have taken my number for follow up. Any how when I visited the staff questions was very insulting more over the store was packed with people violating the covid safety.
