It was nice
Water shortage , no room service , no remote to watch tv , no laundry service , wait for them to open the gate for 1 hour ,bad response from staffs oversmart housekeepers , it sucks .
The place is rustic and has lost its elegance
Overall it is a very good hotel for the price. Restaurant and bar menu is very economical. Food quality is great.
This hotel is located at a walking distance from Police Bazaar in Shillong. We stayed for 2 nights here and we found the staff polite and helpful. The rooms are decently maintained. However the public places in the hotel need more maintainance. Breakfast was not that good.
