Nice hotel. Situated very near to the Police Bazaar Area, however away from the hustle bustle of the market. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean and staffs were helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced. However, the complimentary breakfast they provide is very basic and can be improved. The only downside is that, some of the rooms ( we stayed in two different rooms) are so small that it’s difficult to move inside.nnOverall a nice mid budget hotel with locational advantage.

I would personally thank Mr. Laam... the manager of the hotel..... In very difficult situation when there was a shillong bandh due to CAB process. Our Mr. Laam ensured that we were well taken care of...also it is because of him that we managed to reach home... When there was bandh and curfew he managed to get us a taxi for airport and also ensured by calling at regular intervals wether we reached safely to mumbai... i really appreciate the care and treatment given to us by the entire hotel staff and especially Mr. Laam. Thankful

Hotel rooms A class and the management are also well trained. Rooms are cleaned daily, with efficient staff service. The rooms decor were too good. The bathroom had geysers, nice space and clean.toileteries provided and replaced everyday. Every room had kettle and tea coffee maker plus water bottles ready. With TV connections. The hotel also server food on request.

Great hotel with beautiful spacious luxurious rooms. The ambience and the customer reception is taken quite seriously here. One of the best hotels to stay in Shillong in a mid-tier budget. The staff here along with the manager are very well-behaved and the service is totally up to the satisfaction. I would love to stay in this hotel every time I visit Shillong.
