Very humble owner. Prompt room service.nOnly negative is that there are a lot of power cuts happening here. I'm under quarantine as per govt protocol as I have traveled from another state... But overall hospitality is really good.

This is not a place you would ever choose for a standard stay. Starting from food to service to rooms everything is bad(and I mean it). It does not have a 24/7 front desk help. Go anywhere but here. This place is full of bed bugs. Never been so disappointed with a hotel.

I went o Meghalaya to be specific Shilong. I was there with a group o friend. We stayed there 3 days, i found the hotel is good but bit expensive compared with other hotel. While I was there i love the surrounding and environment which are great. They have all kind of modern facilities. They also have restaurant in the hotel floor. They owner of this hotel is a Punjabi

Normal Rooms are small and damp, deluxe rooms are good to stay, food in the restaurant is good. Location of the hotel is good if someone is planning to stay in the heart of the city.
