We just bought Hyundai Creta from this showroom. Our experience here with the support staff is pretty good. During this pandemic, they've taken care of every safety measure required. Staff are well trained and professional. I'll definitely recommend this showroom to everyone who's looking to purchase any hyundai car.
Very poor sales and service, my advise please do not purchase your car from this place.
I bought Creta from here. All deal was closed just over the phone and my first visit was for delivery. Staff is professional and courteous.nShowroom is properly sanitised with temperature check on entry and hand sanitisation.
Never visit to unity Hyundai for any kind of car services. there services are worst, they make false promises. Even when you lodge the complaint ,they don't address properly. There staff doesn't bother about customer problem/complaint. Worst staff.

On 29th of June 2020 I visited showroom to exchange my xcent e+ diesel 2017 with new creta with sunroof. When sales person call the valuater he said they can not valuate xcent diesel. I was shocked. Y they can’t evaluate their own company’s car. The condition of my car is brand new. But any ways I asked for complaint book. The receptionist call the manage he came and appoint an executive to valuate it. After checking my car he came to me and said how much u r expecting. I said u r the technician how much u can gave me. He said sir 2 lac. After listening his offer I answerednnBHAI CHORI KI GAADI NAHI BECHNE AAYA HU OR TERE PAAS JITNI B 10-20 Ho to muje dede 2-2 lac m saari le lunga vo b instant cash.
