Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Treo, Okhla Industrial Area

I booked tata Nexon on 6 Nov and sales person gave me a date of delivery 25 Nov. But after passing 30 Nov. I don't have any confirmation date of delivery even GM out their is not picking phone. Such a irresposible staff, they are not worry about the delivering of car even they don't have customers values.nSuch a horrible experience. All n all this center is useless.

Horrible Horrible Horrible - Only concerned about sales from Sales rep to GM.. everyone is least bothered once the car is sold. I cant mention series of events ... No brief, no proper accessories, no registration even after a month.. bloody not even responding ... it's only the customer who has to follow up.. No one else.. Raised complaint via mail but no response.. which means they are used to it.. Avoid buying from Tata Treo..

I want to share my bad experience with Treo TATA Motors and Ayush TATA Motors service Center...nIn 16 Jan 2019 I bought a car Tata Nexon XZ plus 12rtnbs4 Car no. UP 14 DY6194 from Treo Tata. I had car service on August 2020 in Tata authorised service Center Ayush Motors in Noida. When I got the service they told me that I will have car washing,entire car checking and wheel alignment and they charged INR 1150 from me. Pick and drop was done by them. Next Day when I drove the car for 2-3 km my car left side back wheel got blast. Now I don’t understand what kind of service they gave me. I complained Ayush Motors they told me that it’s not their problem and they can not solve my problem and told me to complain in Treo TATA. Next Day I complained to Treo TATA they also told me they can not do anything and said talk to company of your tyre I told I bought the car from you so you should solve my problem. Then finally I talk to Bridgestone Tyre they advice me that go to Ayush motors get that tyre open and send them blast Tyre photos. I went to Ayush Motors I was surprised when they told me that they don’t have any equipment to open the tyre I asked them to check my car alignment they rejected my request. Then I went to HONDA authority service Center and got my tyre Change and took the photos and send them to Bridgestone tyre. Next Day I got TATA motors feedback message and complained them My complaint no. 1/140807764940 they told me they will reply me within 72 hrs but it’s been 5 days I didn’t got any reply from them.nSo I want answer from them why they are doing this, troubling their customer.nNo doubt TATA Motors cars NO. 1 in India but some TATA Motors distributors and TATA authority service Center like Treo TATA and Ayush Motors Service Center are pathetic and Making bad image of the company.nI suggested all my friends and colleagues to not buy car from Treo TATA and don’t get service from Ayush TATA Motors in NoidanThank you

Worst Tata showroom in south Delhi, I booked Nexon from this pathetic showroom but instead of timely delivery they kept the vehicle and informed me after the recent price hike of 15K to earn extra commission.nI regret to visit this showroom before reading reviews, my fault.
