FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!!nA mess named Jaguar Land Rover by the high and mighty Tata Motors. They were not equipped to handle a brand like JLR. FRAUD!! I gave the car to AMP Motors Okhla for accidental repairs and faulty air bags which failed to open even in a head on collision with a standing truck. God saved my life, else I would have been history by now. The Tata Motors gave the report that the vehicle was being driven below 40km/hour but ducked questions regarding how the car could be so damaged if being driven at that speed.nNow precisely 1 years and 7 months they still have to deliver my car. The Dealer AMP Motors fraudulently got the insurance amount of close to INR 1900000/- (Nineteen Lakhs only) released even when the car was not ready. Now every 15 days I get a new date of delivery.nnI pledge to take Tata Motors and AMP Motors to court and make them pay for taking me and the Indian clients for granted and for pushing substandard rejected products made in UK to India by bypassing the security and safety norms by bribing the concerned authorities.

No transperancy in Deals and after take booking amount no one try to. Contact you and take booking against false commitment after that no one is picking call and not reverse booking amount for 2 months

The after sales service is good but if by any chance there is accident of your car and you have to claim insurance, you have a problem. The person dealing in such jobs is arrogant and thinks that he has the final word. My feeling is that insurance companies keep such middle level people on their pay roll.nnInspite of good service I will not recommend Jaguar Land Rover owners to get their car repaired specially denting painting work done from this dealernnThis the weakest point in the workshop. Now a days due to Covidv19 one has to be careful but that does not mean that workshops people react like the way this person has handled my case. I have no complaint against the insurance company but the way this person reacts is pathetic. This my second experience with this person. I will not recommend Jaguar Landover cars to anyone now.
