I had a wonderful time during my purchase of Honda city 2020. The sale and exchange went very smoothly. I have no complaints. All my queries were attended too. Special thanks to Mr. Anuj and Mr. Tyag Prasad for all their help.
I took a 9AM appointment for service and reached there in time. But non even a single executive of Prime Honda Patparganj Service centre was there till 930AM. Many vehicles had gathered for service till the time. After 930 AM their executives started coming but were very confused which vehicles they should take first as many vehicles were waiting due to their lateness I waited there for approx 945 AM and then asked when my turn will come and they said it will take atleast 20 minutes.nNow my questions are, why I , including many others, was given appointment for 9AM when you can't handle many vehicles at a particular time. Further if you are giving 9AM appointment to us then why your executives are coming after 930AM.nI also asked the same questions to their executives but they had no answer and when they said it will take atleast 20 minutes for my turn , I said I am taking my vehicle back and instead of apologizing they were looking happy and I left around 955AM and drove back to my home.

No management, went for HSRP, totally bad experience.. they do not want to attend their loyal customers..nnEveryone blames another
Do not buy car from here. Unprofessional staff. The no plate has not been given after 3 months of follow up. Honda should take back the dealership from them.nWhat a fraud place, they call you for a discount on service, but when you reach there, it's only on labour charges, they hide every thing and try to fool people, pls do not buy anything from this dealership.
