I love VW.nI am editing my review after long use.nOnly thing now I feel after 6 years is that the vw cars are the best but the ASC is amongst worst. VW should pay more attention to provide better vehicle services at compatible rates.nI still love my Polo.

The service advisors only show respect to those who look rich and who avail of their services. The receptionist did not greet me when I entered. I had to approach her for the issue which I had. It was an emergency issue. The car cabin smelt of petrol. Yet the advisor said that he is busy and told me to come after 2 days. I insisted as it was an emergency issue. All in all, a very bad experience. Pleasantries by the receptionist is the least you expect when you buy a car and that too of the likes of volkswagen. I must say, I am utterly disappointed with the service experience.

As this showroom is only available in vadodara, support to the customers is very minimal.nCar delivery timelines are not as per commitment.nAutoloan department is pathetic.
