First time I ever hired a moving company.....and so glad I did! From my customer service manager, Cris Harmon who was AMAZING to work with and coordinate my move to the 4 man crew who actually moved us. Armstrong Relocation was a godsend!!! They accommodated all our needs and our move went super smooth. The 4 crew members were polite and professional and did a great job moving everything without damaging a thing! Facetime estimate worked well. Our crew was fantastic!! They were very personable while being ultra professional and they went above and beyond. Used this company 13 years ago for our last move and it went well so i didn’t even call anyone else for this move.
This is by far the worst move I have ever had 1) I ordered a moving package and the guys didn’t show up with the necessary packing supplies. 2) it took 8 hours & 4 guys to pack up a 2 bedroom apt that had mostly already been prepacked ! Not to mention they gave me 2 new guys for this move . HORRIBLE!!!
I would like to say a huge thanks to Titus and Allen! They really made my relocation to Columbus, Ga a stress less move! This has been the easiest move I have ever had . I could not have done this without Titus and Allen!
I used Armstrong in my recent move across state lines. It was perfectly executed in a timely matter. I do not have a lot of belongings so my move started just before 8am and finished at noon the same day. Couldn't have asked for a better crew to load and unload my belongings.
