Extremely efficient and helpful. The excellent transition of business with cordiality and dignity was refreshing and satisfying. Very prompt response is definitely a Big Plus point.
Has most of the hardware materials. Well maintained. Does not give lot of discounts for wholesale purchase. Cards and digital money accepted but the owners prefer cash. You need to ask for bill explicitly else they write on a piece of paper.
I needed a lofted tank they contacted me and we discussed price. And the tank got delivered on the same day. So I think they have very good customer service.

It's a One-Stop Shop for all your hardware needs. A boon to have such a shop in Santhekatte. Otherwise, you'll have to travel another 4~5 kms to Udupi town to get stuff.
