After 3 years and as of today, I'm the first and only Force Gurkha owner of Udupi City. This is what I have to say about Udupi Force :nn● The most supportive Force Motors Dealer in the countryn● Has Mangalore, Karkala, Udupi and Kumta dealershipsn● The Dealer is an empathetic businessman who understands the customers, their requirements and grievances.n● Sales Manager is a life saver, very proactive in after-sales supportn● Service Manager is a technically sound person and knows the whereabouts of all vehicles inside outn● Tinkering (Bodyshop) Expert is the best I've seen. I've rammed my vehicles 4 times (3 times on-road and once offroad). On all occasions, my vehicle was worked out to be the speckless. I had customised the seating arrangement. It was a real tough Job but he pulled it off real real good.n● Chief Mechanics and Chief Electricians are really good. I was saved twice from a breakdown situation in no time by them.n● Back office is quick in compiling and billing as well as ‌collecting feedbacks.n● Spares section is very resourcefuln● Housekeeping staff is adept in keeping everything spick and spannn● Service Advisors however, need to be more professional in their work. It needs to be understood that jobsheets are the first step to solving customer's problems. The more detailed the job sheets are, more and more better the service will be. And more happier the customers will be. It would be highly appreciated if whiteboard customers (personal vehicles) are treated different from yellow board customers (commercial vehicles). It needs to be understood that PV and CV are different cultures.nAdvisors need to show more zeal in the following areas :n• Quotations for all jobs above ₹10kn• Understanding the scopen• Time bound approach to workn• Committing the timelinen• Proper scheduling of resourcesn• Sharing the updates with the customer.nA little more commitment and conviction goes a long long way for them.

Great service. Technicians are all excellent but time bound work is something that needs to be improved. Also, timely delivery is something that needs to be given attention to. Tinkering work is the best service offered. A One-Stop shop for Force Motors vehicles service.nnSales Manager is too good in customer-facing. He's a life saver and gives excellent post sales support.nnOverall...nnProsn● Excellent workmanshipn● Cordial behaviourn● One-Stop shop that houses Engine Service, Bodyshop, PaintShop, Wheel Alignment, Vehicle WashnnConsn● Time taken... Needs improvementn● Service advisors need to have more understanding and more sensibility. Filling the job sheet is not a mundane job. It's where the first step to the solution offered lies.
