Went there through a personal contact if mine and did expect a good service but relationship manager was in his own world. We wanted to see some particular car and he was hell bent on showing other.nnEverything else was good. Good courtesy by staff and nice welcome.

Worst experience. Didn't follow the commitment. Even after booking a car at decided price, sales person asked me for additional costs which was not intimated earlier without giving proper justification. Never recommend to anyone.

Sales executives are not attentive. They dont even know all specificatons of all variants they have. Lack of knowledge about Price differences. They refuse to give u Test drive. They say first u book a car then u ll get test ride.. Very poor show.nNot recommended to buy from them

I did my Hyundai Verna Servicing from Shirode Hyundai . As I am from Mumbai , and Because of Covid Situation , I did my car servicing from Nashik for the first time . I must Say the Staff is very Polite ,helpful and guide you in every possible way . They don't ask you to do unnecessary things during Servicing just to shoot up the Bill. When I entered the Workshop , Quickly I was attended by Mr Subodh Vyawhare , a Young and Dynamic chap and guided me very well and took me to Service Advisor ... Thanks to him as it was not his job to attend the Service customer ( later I came to know after interacting with him ) . Ms Shreya Rudre , The Service Advisor and Engineer was very Quick in attending and guided me well what necessary things to be done in this paid service. I was waiting in Customer Lounge and she keep on posting me regarding the work going on . I am very satisfied with the Service and my Car performance till date . I received Feedback calls for a Couple of times regarding the same . Once again Special Thanks to Mr Subodh Vyawahare for the Warm Welcome. Please meet this people whenever you are in Shirode Hyundai for Service purpose and be rest assured for the best Quality service of your car .
