Poor sales service, Nobody have time to attend the customer. No cars available for test drive. I think they are not interested to sale their cars so instead of buying a car from here I have to go to another city/showroom. Otherwise (Renault) brand and cars quality are very good. Just needs to improve their sales service for customer satisfaction.

Better ambience , but disappointed because the executive was not giving a single word information about vehicle , he was just with us there and we were asking him to tell some specifications

Very poor salesmanship displayed by executives. They don't know how to attend customers and take their queries. I took a test drive in which the executive instead of explaining the car features was busy complaining about the driving. Seriously they don't know a single thing about selling. I went there with the full intention to buy a car but after their extremely poor service I changed by mind to buy car from there. I will buy my car from any other showroom or probably other city. I advise the management to teach some manners to their employees and highly recommend anyone who is interested in buying a car to not visit this showroom until they improve their standard....
