Great experience with BLS. We got our visa in 2 working days. Just make sure to follow the checklist thoroughly.nnThe only complaint is that their call center staff are not very knowledgeable. They asked us to bring several documents which were not really required.

All the one star reviews are completely accurate, and most of the 5 star review seem to be fake. These people are running a scam operation. They will first ask for the print of some document (that they will say is not required if you call them in advance). Then they will want this document to be drafted, printed, and signed within exactly 15 mins (which is not possible given the availability of services in the area). Then, when you are even a minute late, tell you to pay 2500 per person or come again the next day to be harassed. They will make fake excuses like the system is locked etc. etc. They do with senior citizens and women too, especially if you have traveled a long distance for the appointment.nWhat can you do about it? If you've not booked them yet, opt for VFS. If you have booked them, have all the extra possible documents ready, but don't show it to them, then when they tell you that a doc is missing, give them the copy at that time.

Very good experience. The staff was to the point and very helpful. The place has a nice waiting area. Everything is organized well. Photocopy option available. Water and bathroom services are good. Staff has good knowledge and service was quick.
