Right from responding to my email for visa appointment to getting my visa done within 30mins the staff at the visa office did an outstanding job help me out in every way possible. Thanks to them I'll be able to meet my husband after 4 long months.nnNote: the visa section is 200-300mtrs away. For that you have to walk on the main road, Notan plaza. Its on first floor. Also sharing a image. Hope it helps

is visa service still available? i want to bring my wife and kid to malaysia. I am working in Malaysia and they are alone in Mumbai. Their VDR, dependent pass and special pass during COVID is approved by Malaysia Govt. Just need visa. Please reply...

Hopeless people.. Tried to call them during an emergency situation but the phone line is not working.... This is not acceptable.. Shame on you.... I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR ARE LISTED ON GOOGLE IF THE SERVICES IS NOT AVAILABLE...!!!!!!!

Telephone lines are not answered. Website server down. Personal visit does not work since you have to take appointment before hand. Wonder how do we take appointments without phone lines and websites(for email address) working? Least support received when I needed the most. Extremely disappointing and worthless experience.
