Andrew was very friendly and efficient. I watched him work and he answered all my questions thoroughly. It seemed a little pricey but excellent quality work was done timely. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Much better than another service I used that was always trying to up sell extra work.

Mike arrived on time with mask and shoe covers. I watched as he removed the shower handle and replaced the cartridge. He showed me the old cartridge and pointed out where it was clogged. I am very pleased with his work. The shower handle is now much easier to turn. The scheduler at the office, Helen, was very friendly when I called early this morning to report my problem - the shower would not turn off. To have the issue resolved the same day as my call makes me very happy. I feel secure knowing I can call Kwik Serv with any future plumbing problems.

Outstanding service and customer service! We had a plumbing issue happen at 3:30 in the morning. We called and got immediate help. We were able to get the issue to simmer until normal working hours for them them to come out and help. My husband was at work when they came, plumbing is not my expertise and I had been up since 3 am, just mentally and physically exhausted. Mike and his partner came out and were so respectful and understanding of my situation. They even explained things so I would understand. Turns out we have a bigger problem, Mike was able to fix it temporarily, but was very honest what the future issues we may be looking at. He really layed down our options and didn't push us to make any big decisions, he just wanted us to be prepared. We trust his recommendation and decided to call the office to come do the repair he suggested. The receptionist was so incredibly sweet! We chatted like we personally knew each other. After an extremely stressful day, I went to sleep with a smile, because this company went above and beyond to turn lemons into lemondade for my husband and I. Thank you!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS. They came out because they work with my home warranty. They wanted to switch out my fixtures and replace them with cheap fixtures because it was cheaper for them. They do Home warranty work but will screw the Policy holders to save costs because their pay is less when they get this work. They lied to my home warranty telling them the repairs should cost $135.00!! To repair or replace two faucets and a shower! I tried to call them and discuss this and they would not help me. A plumber walking through the door costs more than $135.00!! Horrible, dishonest people.
