Update November 2019 - Used High 5 Plumbing again for a leak in our shower. Caleb initially came out and capped the leak. Sean came out today to actually complete the repair/replacement of our shower kit. Thank you, Caleb and Sean, for both being super professional and providing us 5 Star Service!
Update September 2020 - High Five came out to do the yearly drain and servicing of our water heater. Another outstanding experience. Thank you, Seth!

Update December 2020-Well they did a great job on our upstairs bathroom that we had them back to install a new toilet in the basement. Great job!
The whole process from calling to getting the project done was efficient and easy for me. Someone actually answered the phone when I called, I was able to schedule service for the following morning and Steven showed up and completed the job (I needed an existing natural gas line modified so I could hook up a grill). He was professional, on schedule, super nice, knowledgeable and gave me various options to choose from. He didn’t need a ton of my time either. He made sure I was knowledgeable on how my system operated, and ensured I was comfortable in the operation. We also tested the system together and he wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied before he finished the job.
Their service works great. You get a text about the person that’s coming over (to include their picture) and real-time info for when they will arrive.
Josh was great! He arrived on time, was very professional as well as knowledgeable. He helped us with selection and installation of a new hot water heater. He also performed the complimentary whole house plumbing inspection as part of our High Five Club membership.. Ryan was also terrific to work with, calling to make sure we knew the technician was on his way. We have been very happy and feel well taken care of by the High Five team. Nice job done by all.
