I had given my Ford Figo for schedule service in the month of February 2020....Instead of doing full service they only washed my car and gave back. We drove hardly 600KM after that ( lockdown started....) Showed to regular car mechanic for persistent AC problem and engine noise. Mechanic showed us that the Engine oil is not changed and less than required. Its means that VEHICLE SERVICING WAS NOT DONE AT ALL.nThis review given because how this GuruKrupa Ford cheats to customer. We are currently located in Telangana hence cannot show them immediately in Solapur.

Very bad service. Service advisor and mechanic has no knowledge and they try to fool you. They not ready to listen to your problems. Very Bad

Worst service no necessary parts available no proper customer service no proper interaction no coordination between staff too much disappointed with staff members and no adquate staff available not even cleaned the car from inside which normally is done on every service owning a ecosport since 6 years well maintained its better to service your car from pune rather than here worst experience till date will not recommend anyone to service your car here if you care your vehicle.
