Checked water softener and confirmed it is not workinand need a new one.

I called mid-morning on a Monday and had a competent plumber in my home by mid-afternoon. He called before he came and was safely outfitted in a mask, gloves and booties that he would put on before he re-entered the house. My home is only 2 1/2 years old and the clog in the plumbing line came on suddenly on a Friday. When he arrived Monday he thoroughly inspected the entire system, including going into my crawl space. He ran all the relevant water sources and isolated the location of the clog. He also gave me tips on how to minimize the chance of it happening again. He also sent me photographs he took of the plumbing in the crawl space and the area that he cleaned out with his tools. He was courteous and knowledgeable and I was SO HAPPY to again have water on the affected half of my house. I have had service contracts with Williams Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber, for years and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. Their servicemen are prompt, polite and get the job done!

Mr. Plumber Saved the Day! We had water soaking up through our floor in our front room and immediately we had called a plumbing company for this emergency. It even started soaking up through our kitchen pantry and we had to clear out the bottom! The first company we called unfortunately didn’t follow through completely with their promises and basically left our family (we have 3 children and a small dog) without any hot water for way longer than necessary. After being told over and over that “the other company” was sending out their leak detection guy no one ever came and I had called multiple times and was told repeatedly that they were coming. We have never dealt with an emergency of this type so I was amazed how a company could do this to us!! By now it is evening time again and I call Mr. Plumber frantically trying to get a company out here. Immediately they get me scheduled in and Brock shows up the next day in the morning ready to help. After he showed up we got the ball rolling pretty quickly thank goodness! He was extremely knowledgeable and after assessing the situation he basically pinpointed where the area of the leak was coming from and we got the leak detection company to come out within the hour!! Brock then knew for sure the exact location of the slab leak and after accepting his offer the Mr. Plumber team came that very next morning with jackhammers and all and very neatly did their fine job of finding, documenting, and informing me along each and every step of the way about our unfortunate slab leak. They were highly professional, very friendly, very respectful, and they knew exactly what they were doing. I really wish that Mr. Plumber was the very 1st company that I would have called. Finally my family has hot water again and a piece of mind knowing that Mr. Plumber had saved the day! I highly recommend this company and absolutely will be calling Mr. Plumber in the future if we ever need to!!! 100%

Great service! Everyone I dealt with including Bryce and Brandon, all very polite and respectful. Answered all my questions. My room was left spotless. I had two plumbers in my home (Michael & Si) and they were professional and did a great job installing my new water heater! Would recommend!
