It’s one thing to stand by your work, it’s another to surpass expectations. Hey, human happens! After a minor human error, Casteel stood up to the challenge of making it right. No hassles, just over willingness to do the right thing. As a home owner, finding contractors that are trustworthy isn’t as easy as it used to be! Casteel did the the biggest favor for me... they handled it by sending quality driven workers to fix my issue. I’m thrilled with the outcome! Above and way beyond seems to be the Casteel way. I hired them in an emergency. Now, I will hire them as my first choice for the home repair and maintenance company I will work with. It’s nice to not stress that the right thing will be done, like they did for me. If you’re looking for amazing and quality service, you’ve found it!

Jay and Joel did wonderful, timely, cost-effective work. I've said it before and I will say it again - Jay is, by far, the absolute best technician I have ever worked with (and I train thousands of them!) My kitchen and I say thank you. :) Editing to add Nic to the list of amazing electricians at Casteel! :) Editing again to add Henry to the list! So many great electricians at Casteel. :)

Tech Cole was perfect in every respect! No upsell, shot at overcharge and no B.S. Impressive and professional in every way. A true five out of five ***** rating. I am a seventh lever Google local guide reviewer BTW. Great job and hope my future replacement quote is as fair, reasonably priced, and honest as Casteel has been so far. We always have a great experience with Casteel. Normally, we use them for heating and air but this time we used them for running a new gas line to our kitchen and installing a tankless water heater. Our technician, Brian, was exceptional. He clearly articulated what we needed to have done, the pricing and timeline. He was prompt and was very respectful of our time and our home. We have a small child and he was respectful of her nap times and made sure not to ring the doorbell and startle her. Would highly recommend Casteel to anyone.

They put in a new system for me years ago and it's been a great experience. They seem to be under new management now though. I called to get an estimate for a friends house and they now have to charge their $89 fee to come give an estimate. I've already got a few other quotes (all for free) and wanted to give Casteel a chance given how good they used to be. Unfortunately, I won't be paying for a no work done estimate.
