Christopher's Plumbing has been an incredible asset as a first time homeowner. I couldn't ask for more helpful people or more prompt service. Over the course of a year, they have installed a hot water heater and adjusted my toilet connection, and fixed shower valve. Walt even did a quick run to the house when I had a leak in the basement (turned out to be a sewer issue), recommended a company to help and stayed to make sure I was taken care of prior to leaving. Tommy quickly fixed my shower and is always kind and professional (even as my dog attempts to help him). I always would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing fix big or small! I'm so grateful to have found them (and that they keep putting up with me!).

Update: Did get called back with apology and work was ultimately completed. Crew was professional and friendly. I would hire again, based on the crew’s work quality, but would talk upfront very clearly about expectations on timing. Very polite over the phone - but sent crew a month ago to make small parts list after repeated calls to set that up. They thought they could even do the job that day. They've never come back. Follow up calls have zero results. Today's call was going to be returned with schedule details - but never was. If you can't or don't want the work - have the integrity and honesty to tell the customer upfront.

ALWAYS there for you when you need them! They are reliable, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile for their clients arriving with a smile!

I use them there very reasonable

Set up and appointment 3 days ago for them to come out and give an estimate to add a half bath and redo the plumbing in my basement and most importantly fix my shut off valve. They called me at 3pm today to tell me they wont be coming out. I just moved into my home and I was referred to them for quick and reliable work...guess they have to show up to tell you if that's true...rearranged my whole day for this to get done because I have no way to shut off my water in case of emergency. Will never refer or use these guys...very disappointed with the customer service and "reliability".
