We have used Haid's for numerous projects, we have always been very satisfied. A couple of weeks ago, we needed to have some work done, we were billed for 1.5 hours of labor when it took half an hour for the tech to go back to the shop and get parts, since the person who took the call 'wasn't clear' on what was needed? Didn't quite feel I should have been charged for the extra time.

Used Hairs for years. Only plumber I will call now. Shows up quick is reasonable and honest. Explains all work needed before it's done- Important stuff for a single mom.
