Needed someone to look at sump pump and toilet. The owner Jeff was extremely pleasant and helpful when I scheduled the appointment. Sent a technician (Dave) our for the job. What a pleasant young man. Very thorough and polite. Excellent job. They will be my go to plumbing company.

Will never use a different plumber again! Great response! Excellent workmanship. Real pricing! Fixed a claw foot tub drain and took the time to fix it so I wouldn’t mess it up again. I was installing flooring and snapped the drain. Went out of his way to make it so I could finish the remodel without goofing up the tub. Simply awesome!

I've been using Jim's for some years as they really know what they're doing. But, I now feel compelled to share this review and recommend them heartily - I had no hot water the night before last and called the service number. I got an almost immediate response. They has someone at my house at 6:45 the next morning to fix the problem. I didn't have to take a cold shower! Now that is what I call great service. And it was a heater that was installed by Jim's, so it was a warranty issue - no charge. Better yet.

Awesome plumber. Went above and beyond. Would recommend.
