MacGregor Plumbing & Heating

We’ve had MacGregor perform our heating & cooling service for 3 years. They have always been very professional, honest & fair. We finally had to replace our furnace. The service technician James O Jr also was very professional, knowledgeable, & courteous. When finished he thoroughly cleaned up & explained our new system (furnace, humidifier, & thermostat) to us. So far, it is working efficiently, now heating our home more evenly. Again, very happy with their work!

I was expecting my 1 yr furnace inspection in December, only to see MacGregor Service was at my door the 3rd week in November, I was very surprised and very pleased. A year ago, they removed old furnace and installed new one. I am very happy with the cost, the service and the great install and service staff!

MacGregor recently installed both a new air conditioner and new water heater in my home. They were very skilled, knowledgeable and personable. They answered my large volume of questions and provided clear and understandable answers. They showed up on-time and treated my home as if they were working on their own home-- i.e. they cleaned up, were careful moving things around, always wore a mask, put on shoe covers whenever they came into the house, etc. Their prices were slightly lower than their competitors, but their service quality was superb. I would definitely use them again in the future!!!

Our call into McGregor for a plumbing leak was quickly remedied. James was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. We have used McGregor for 18 years and are very satisfied with their quality of service.

James O gave prior notice of arrival and arrived on time, knew exactly what service was needed, met the social distancing guidelines with comfort and was polite and clean in manner and duty. James was able to service furnace, hot water (and replace dripping valve), toilet plumbing (x3) and left everything ship shape without any fuss or dirt, was polite, professional and very accommodating. How could one not like this guy? We will surely invite him next season for the annual maintenance. He was 10*/10. Thank you. The arrogance and over charging by Ballards in 2019 for sloppy work forced us to seek another for an heating annual service. Ironically, we are delighted that we were because with James O we have found our man and hope we get James O next year or should we have a need for a callout but we will make that call to MacGregor with confidence. deg
