Nick and Steven were very professional. They were on time, kind and respectful. They carefully examined the problem as well as educate me and answered any questions I had. Steve did an outstanding job with our plumbing issues... anyone living in an older home knows how outside faucets are placed too low to the ground... Steve at Roman Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling installed new faucets and raised them all about two feet off the ground! He also did some under sink repair for us and installed new water supply pipes to one of the faucets. His work was extremely professional and he left the area cleaner than it was when he started! We called him back to do a major repair job in one of our baths...as usual he was extremely professional and did a fabulous job! He's so good, that we'll be calling Roman Electric to have an electrician install under the cabinet lights in our kitchen! If their electricians are half as good as Steve the plumber, I know we will be satisfied!

We called them in the morning about issues with our air conditioner. First they sent Doug who checked the electric and found that it was working fine. Then Chris came out and installed a booster on the AC capacitor. Our AC is working perfectly. Both of these men were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had the company that has been handling our heating and AC for years come out a couple of times and they did not figure out the problem. We are so grateful for these two men! Thank you!!!
