Ford for cars check up and repairing.nBill amount onnday [email protected]/-nday [email protected]/-nTotal amount paid@Rs. 39790/-nExperience was just Horrible, pathetic, worst.nNot at all satisfactory.nnDay 1st - I called up prior reaching OS Ford regarding cars repairing and check up..n-On the main gate Guard or doorman was not available..waited and blowed horn many times, there was rainy water filled on enterence from last night...n- then after parking car ,no one was available to attend.n-After some time attendant (consultant or advisor came) which was not welcoming at all..n- Supervisor took a test drive , i told him what all problems with my car...there was a problem with clucth, real boot lock gun, shocker and all suspension bushes need to be change , engine one side small plastic cover was missing , LH side glass (missor) change etc etc..n- Instead of looking into clutch setting they suggested me to change clucth plates..all damaged but after work I collected old ones which were in ok condition...n- Anyway till the evening they finished only clutch plates replacing and delivered my car saying next day they will look into other problem and delivered my car..n- next day i reached ontime around 9.30 am but no one attended my car saying person who attended your car will come in a while and he will attend...also a person on duty gave me a lecture that why you came today again ,you should have left your car here only...very bad attitude young beared guy may be assistant supervisor..n- anyway they taken car and suggested that your car engine is ill and there will be 90000/- approax expences to repair your engine...or may be higher after opening...nI told them to look into shocker, bushes replacement but they changes everything related to supsension...few parts of suspension were ok but they replaced which was a clear cheating and other jobs were also done..n- Very clever your service centre staff is at cheating..they always make big estimates and replace parts which many times were ok..n- end of the day the closed the door ..even my car was suppose to be out..I was paying at cash counter..n- its not a matter of money but matter of job satisfaction...after completing supsension work ..supervisor and 2 other technicians went for a trial but not till the time of delivered car to me they have not taken me for a trial and that resulted into noise noticed by me right after taking out car by me from their gate but it was closing time so could not consultanted again. But still the problem was after paying such hige amount and many replacements...horriable.n- Supervisor also suggest me that there is a problem of gear shifting and needs to do urgent replacement cost around 18000/-.nMost intresting thing happened while I reached Pali next day and taken to a local technician for check up..he suggested me to change turbow and disel filter..I done so and my car engine was running smooth..no need of doing anything with engine repairing which was quoted around Rs.90000/-...ud83dude04ud83dude04nnSuch fools are your consultant and Supervisors...or may be you have given them targets to reach thats why the do so...nAttendant on the time of leaving ask to give better rating during feedbacks....nI told him I am not satisfied and will give a real feedback so same thing will not happen with other persin. Nor any of your senior attends any of customer as I spent 2 whole days ...nYour GM called me up and was trying to recover damages of feedback...nnDuring covid no one wanted to have tea or water from local stalls ,so do serve tea and safe water at uour customer waiting areas...drinking water was kept but I have shown small bactirias in water glass...nपता नहीं कितने लोग यही गन्दा कीड़े वाला पानी पी ..nOver all horrible and pathetic service station OS Ford, Jodhpur.nnI hope you will take care of all points related to your big name Ford...not froad...ud83dude21nYou may check your CCTVs recordings..nnStay well..
