They are very fraud in service they always install unwanted parts in car and increases their service job card valuenThe service of KS Ford is not at all satisfyingnI think I buy Ford eco-sport is my worst decision of my lifenBut Ford vehicle but don’t service on ks ford service centernThe staff is very rude and not at all good in their work they always trying to fool customers

The service is good. Scope of improvement in customer satisfaction. Overbilling is evident but can be avoided if you are aware and present during servicing.nStaff now has become somewhat callous in customer satisfaction and are underpaid.nSome Sr. mechanics are experts but they boss around the juniors and don't work.nManagement should be more vigilant .nBut overall recommended as no other choice..

I gave my Ford Ecosport for service and to repair the passenger side powerwindow at Udaipur workshop. Initially it was working good but now again it's not working. I suggest Ford to improve your service quality.

Good service centre, staff is very friendly and well behaved, the engineers are well skilled and understands what they are doing, their are few problems though, like i asked for dry clean for interiors of my fiego which they did but i could still found some dirt trapped in corne areas of doors dashboard and cup holders, kind of disapponted after paing having amount of 1600 for it, rest i am satisfied with the service and never had any issues with that.

KS ford services are really amazing felt overwhelmed at ka ford, team really tell you each & every thing about your vehicle properly. Whereas Services of Bhagat ford Dehradun is vulnerable but don't have choice in Dehradun.
