Old water heater was out of warranty and although working was showing signs of age. Mike installed new, removed old which turned out to have at least a foot of scale, explained new one in about 2 hours and left the basement nice and clean. Very happy with service. He has done work for me before as well and has always explained everything and answered my questions (which are numerous).

Mike came and installed a water heater and water softener for us. Cleaned up all the mess and made the area look great. Explained the new system thoroughly. Set up the timer and hardness. Was very easy to work with and did the job professional and personal ud83dudc4d

Michael has been to our house a number of times and does a great job explaining what's wrong, how he can fix it and any other options that are available. He also answers all of my questions and advises us about future work. He keeps us informed of his schedule and calls before he arrives. His wife answers the business line for appointments and she is super friendly and easy to work with.

Arrived when he said he would. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. Saved us a lot of money on a possible future repair. Finished job looks great. Cleaned up work space before leaving. Paid particular attention to social distancing in this time of covid-19 which was much appreciated by us.
