Not even deserve a single star. Worst experience I have ever had with this service center. Staffs are very Irresponsible and higher level management are also least bothered of Customers. No one cares for your words.
Just the Banners are displayed all over but not even a single word written on them is fulfilled by the Staffs or even the Management.
Servicing is just Ok. Not that satisfied.
Honda Management, Please take negative feedbacks as well and correct where your team is lagging especially when dealing with Customers.
Decided not to visit this center anymore.
Kolar showroom is ok but bangarpet showroom is not responding properly there staff not good
Very bad response from irresponsible service team. I got a bike almost 3 months ago and till now not got appointment from RTO(they have collected complete amount) even after following up several times..
Good team service with pleasant atmosphere even if it is conjusted place. It doesn't matter. I'm sure it is best showroom for public and even Maintenance are too good....self satisfied.
All 4 phone numbers are dead, i suggest everyone to not buy or done service in this showroom... After service is like hell, wasting money and spending time is their day to day job....😠😠
