The food is good, no doubt. Is it authentic? Yes, very authentic, no doubt about that.nWhy one star? First of all when you come in they look at you like you don't belong there. On a couple of occasions I walked in because the door was open but immediately looked at my phone to check the time because they looked at me like I shouldn't be there.nI've been there many times and every single employee is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. It is like they were specifically trained to be rude. If it was one employee I would understand, but every single one of them.nI hope someone decent buys this place and turns it around.nnImportant note: I am not sour grapes because of the high prices, I am fortunate enough to be able to afford them. Even the $9 pasty I got a couple of days ago. This isn't about money.
Very disappointed today. Very hungry and went to get an order of BIG breakfast. Drove there and went back home only to be extremely disappointed to find out they didn't give me the jam that I love. Part of the reason I kept coming back is their homemade jam that is so good. I drove back there to return the food by this time very cold, and went to the cashier and after i told her my concern, she acted like it is no big deal..no apologies. The other staff offered me a jam...finally right? By this time the least they could have done is redo the cold breakfast after all the trouble they caused me. Think again. They didn't so i ask for a refund. Eugenia should make sure her staff doesn't do this to her loyal customers. Love the food...not the staff.
cafe food and the setting at this spot is very good. Filled me up. I'll return with my friends. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.
Beat macaroons I’ve found in the Phoenix area! Been to multiple other places and non compete with them. Store is clean and all the people who have helped me have been nice and courteous. Haven’t tried anything else besides the macaroons but one day I plan on it. My 4 year old is obsessed with their macaroons and the big mixer they have inside.
cafe food and the setting at this spot is great. This location is one of my favorites. I will be back with my coworkers. This place has a great feel to it.
