Dustin did an excellent job. Stayed with his duties the entire time. Made sure I was comfortable with how to operate everything and how it all worked. Showed me how to operate the new thermostat, and how to change filters. Rarely give 5 stars for anything, but the whole process was handled very professionally.nnPhil did a great job, both inspecting the system, and offering some helpful ideas.nVery knowledgeable!nnKen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me more than one option. Explained each one and allowed me time to make up my own mind.nnLeis did a great job. Very knowledgeable and focused. Great asset to your company.

Apollo (A/C Serviceman Brandon) did a great job. I was wanting my AC tuned up and to get on a Care Plan. Brandon was super friendly and considerate of my time. He was very professional around me, my wife, 2 kids and pets. He shared details about the Care Plan without trying to up sell me. I have since signed up for the Care Plan will be using their handyman service in the future. He was masked and wore show coverings in my home. The service was great and look forward to using Apollo in the future. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine and will recommend to anyone I know who needs help with their heating and air.nnUPDATE:nI needed Apollo to come back out for a plumbing inspection. Apollo AGAIN sends a wonderful rep who did a very thorough job. Danny was on time, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I don’t know where Apollo finds these people, but keep doing what you are doing because I am very impressed with the service and care that is being provide. I will continue to suggest Apollo and am a very happy customer.

Lamont was the best! He was thorough, respectful, punctual, informative, and he had the absolute best customer service! I will be continuing to use Apollo because of Lamont! Excellent excellent job! He answered all my questions and he explained everything that he was doing and was seeing. I can’t say enough good things about Lamont and Apollo! Lifelong customer now! A++++

Danny Burns installed a new hot water heater for me today. He did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. (Basically putting up with my bad jokes.)nnThe work he did was excellent. He explained things I would need to know about the appliance. The area was cleaned expertly when he was finished.nnApollo - he’s a keeper!

Danny sold us our system. He is very knowledgeable in his trade, professional, no pressure, and a very likeable guy. Highly recommend. Phil and Nathan installed our system. They were very professional, clean, hard working and very likeable as well. They took plenty of time to explain the system and answers questions I had. Very personable as well. Enjoyed having them!!
