Mostly positive things to say here, called about a slow draining sink , causing dishwasher water to not empty fully. Very Pleasant receptionist, got me scheduled same day., which is exceptional service. Repair person came quickly, drained the pipes under sink which had buildup of gunk, and was done in about 30 minutes.(I had prepared for him by clearing everything from cabinet) I think No tools needed other than a drainpan to catch water , so quick and easy. Repair person friendly and wore mask which is important since we have immune compromised family member.n* so my only concern is price, almost $300 for very short amount of job time. We are elderly, on a fixed income, so this seems steep for the job, but was quoted that amount before beginning work, so it was not forced on me, I agreed to it, either that or pay the $69 trip charge and not have the work done. You agree to charge before work starts, so there was no way to know how quick it would be.nMaybe there should be a little leeway on the charge for uncomplicated drain cleaning... and maybe I am just wrong here, haven't needed a plumber in a long time. It could be that's just the going rate. Still would rate service very good. Just noting price for those with very limited budgets during these trying times!

I was so excited I videoed the “first flush” from the new clean out.nThanks to the whole team. I would gladly use Schleuter Plumbing again in the future and recommend them to friends who want the job done right. Start to finish!

Damien is the best and just the utmost professional. He was prompt,courteous and just an absolute craftsman. After we got new countertops and sink, we needed all plumbing reinstalled. Not only did we get the service completed quick, the quality of his work was top notch. I have never experienced this top tier service and quality before. If ever we need plumbing work in the future we will make special request for Damien. Strongly recommend him, you will not be disappointed. He is now our go to person. I called Schlueter based on a family friend recommendation and am glad we did. Our hot water heater was done and we needed new. Ashley greeted me professionally and was helpful in getting someone to come out SAME day( I am sure this depends on level of business). Robert called and gathered information and arrived on time with everything needed to get the job done. I think he spent more time preparing the area to keep it clean than he did on the work! We have no issues a few days later and the work seems to be done correctly and should last many years. Thanks team for the quick response!

Robert showed up on time and was very thorough with his work. I had a few things that needed work and he did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I called on a Monday afternoon and had the repair done by Tuesday mid-morning.
