Brendan was outstanding. He came on Saturday and Sunday for an urgent issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. November 24, 2020nJose and Adam and crew were here to fix a leak in my hot water heating system on an emergency basis. The response time was terrific. The water was turned back on quickly and had the leak repaired and boiler purged in a few hours. These men are the best! Polite, prompt and personable. I highly recommend the company. I enjoy working with the guys from Golden West. The are top notch!nnGabe was fantastic. He is knowledgable and had a great attitude. I enjoyed having him here to get my disposal fixed. I will definitely be calling Golden West for all my future needs.

Anthony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding the issue, exaplaining the issue and what the repairs would be in a way that made us comfortable in moving forward with repairs. The friendly, knowledgeable and professional demeanor made the experience easy and not stressful at all.nThe repairs that were done were high quality and efficiently done. We were very pleased with the service provided from the initial call with friendly receptionist/scheduler, to the reminder calls, text messages with information, dispatcher calls and the service in general. We will be using Golden West for any future maintenance and repairs.

Initially speaking to Sara to set up my appointment, I was greeted in a upbeat, happy, professional manner. My appointment was set for an hour within my call. I was updated with the status of my driver and given his name Carlos by Sara, telling me he was 30 min away.nCarlos showed up and greeted me in a similar way as Sara.nCarlos entered with a mask, shoe coverings and gloves. He went right to work on my heater and cleaned and searched for issues. Recommendations were made, but recommendations made with time frames in mind. I agreed to an ignitor replacement of which took him 15-30 min. Carlos was a polite, knowledgeable person and can assume he's a goldmine of an asset for his company.nI will certainly use Golden West again. I will also ask for Carlos every single time.....Thank You Sara and Carlos!

My husband and I trusted Chris from the beginning. He was not only the person that came to talk to us about our furnace but subsequently installed it as well. He and his crew were professional and a lot of fun while they were doing the job. We enjoyed them tremendously. They took appropriate safety measures during this Covid time and took the utmost care of our home. We really appreciated that. Now we have an amazing new furnace with a lot of power and no more rattling!
