Called Monday morning, and someone answered the phone right away (this seems to be very rare these days). Had a plumber scheduled for the very next morning for non-emergency work. The plumber called maybe 15 or so minutes before the scheduled window to verify that I was available (another courtesy that is much appreciated), and arrived within 20 minutes of the call. The plumber diagnosed and repaired the issue in under 30 minutes. Excellent service. Lloyd's will be the first one I call for all plumbing issues going forward.

They're OK, but extremely behind on technology. They have no automated answering system. They have no credit card reader. They have no options for receiving a bill at the time of service. They have no computer system for communication between people who work there.nnThey ended up doing the job, but every step required several phone calls and would have been much easier if they weren't stuck in the 90s in terms of technology.

Had Lloyds do my home when I built it and 29 years later they replaced the furniture and air great company
